A steady social presence your practice can be proud of
A monthly content plan, posts written and designed in your voice, your approval before anything goes live, and replies that keep patient privacy intact.
Why practice social media stalls
Most practices start social media with good intentions: a few posts, a holiday greeting, then silence for months. The front desk doesn't have time, nobody is sure what's allowed, and a single awkward reply to a review can turn into a privacy problem.
A quiet or abandoned page tells prospective patients something you don't want them to hear. A steady, human one does the opposite.

Privacy rules we follow
Social media is public, so we treat every post and reply as if a regulator might read it. We never post identifiable patients without a valid written authorization (45 CFR 164.508) collected by your practice, never confirm a patient relationship in replies, and never discuss care in public. Anything that looks like a clinical question or complaint goes to your office.
Who it's for
- Practices with dormant or inconsistent social accounts
- New practices building awareness before and after opening
- Practices recruiting staff who want to show their culture
- Practices launching new services or providers
What we post about
A useful practice feed is mostly about people and practical information. We plan each month around a handful of content themes, adjusted to your specialty:
| Theme | Examples |
|---|---|
| Meet the team | Provider and staff introductions, behind-the-scenes moments, milestones |
| Practical help | What to bring to a first visit, how to use the portal, insurance basics |
| Seasonal health reminders | Flu season, back-to-school physicals, sun safety, approved by your providers |
| Practice news | New providers, new services, holiday hours, community events |
| Reviews and gratitude | Thank-you posts and review highlights shared with permission |
Clinical content is general education, never advice for an individual, and every post is approved before it goes live.
Pricing
Social media management is a flat monthly retainer based on platforms and posting frequency. We never charge per follower, per lead or per new patient.
Social media management questions
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email hello@claimcoders.com.
Which platforms do you manage?
Usually Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile posts, plus LinkedIn for practices that recruit or work with referring providers. We recommend the platforms your patients actually use rather than all of them.
Do we have to approve every post?
Yes. We send a monthly calendar with every post written and designed. You approve, edit or reject in one pass. Nothing goes live without your approval.
Can you use photos of our patients?
Only with written authorization that meets HIPAA requirements, collected by your practice. By default we use photos of your team, your space and licensed imagery, never identifiable patients.
How do you handle comments that mention someone's health?
We never discuss a person's care or confirm they are a patient in public replies. We thank them and invite them to contact the office privately, and flag anything urgent to your team.
Will social media bring in new patients?
Social media supports trust and visibility; search and your website usually drive more direct bookings. We will be honest about what to expect and connect posts to your booking page so interest has somewhere to go.
Show patients the people behind the practice.
Tell us which platforms you use today and what you want to share. We reply within one business day.
