Ads that bring in patients, on rules you can defend
Search and social campaigns built around the services you want to grow, checked against Google and Meta healthcare policies, measured without leaking patient data, and billed as a flat retainer.
Why healthcare ads go wrong
Most ad agencies treat a medical practice like any other local business. That creates three problems. Campaigns break platform rules on healthcare and get disapproved, or worse, get the account restricted. Tracking pixels are placed across the site, including pages that reveal what a visitor is being treated for. And pricing is tied to leads or new patients, a structure that can create risk under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute when federal health program patients are involved.
We run ads differently because we work only with medical practices.
What we do
-
Google Search campaigns for people actively looking for the services you offer, in the areas you serve.
-
Google Business Profile and local campaigns that put your location and booking link in front of nearby searchers.
-
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns for awareness, new services and community events, targeted by location and broad interests, never by health condition.
-
Policy review of every ad and landing page against Google's healthcare policy and Meta's Advertising Standards.
-
Landing pages focused on one service, with a clear booking path.
-
Privacy-safe measurement that avoids pixels on pages with health information.
-
Budget pacing and bid management, adjusted weekly.

Who it's for
- Practices launching a new service, provider or location
- Practices with open schedule capacity in specific services
- Practices that tried ads before and were burned by policy problems or per-lead pricing
- Practices that want ads and organic search planned together
What we won't do
Some of the most common tactics in medical advertising are the ones that create the most risk. We won't:
- Target or retarget people based on a health condition, or imply that we know someone's diagnosis.
- Place advertising pixels on appointment request, patient portal or condition pages where they could capture health information.
- Promise rankings, a cost per patient or a guaranteed number of bookings.
- Run before-and-after claims, testimonials or offers that your providers and your state's advertising rules haven't approved.
- Keep your ad accounts in our name. If we part ways, your history and audiences stay with you.
Search, social and organic, planned together
Ads work best when they amplify things that already work. A search campaign sends people to a landing page, so the page has to answer their question and make booking easy. A Meta campaign builds awareness, so your Google Business Profile and reviews need to back it up when people look you up. We plan paid and organic together, and we'll tell you when the better investment is your website or local search rather than a bigger ad budget.
Pricing
Management is a flat monthly retainer. Ad spend is paid by your practice directly to Google and Meta. We never charge per click-through, per lead or per new patient.
Google & Meta ads questions
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email hello@claimcoders.com.
Can medical practices advertise on Google and Facebook?
Yes. Both platforms allow healthcare advertising within their policies. Some services, such as addiction treatment or certain prescription drugs, need certification, and ads can't imply knowledge of a person's health condition. We check each campaign against the current policies before launch.
Why don't you charge per lead or per new patient?
Paying a marketer per referral or per patient can raise problems under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute when federal health program patients are involved. A flat monthly retainer avoids that question. Your attorney can advise on your specific situation.
How do you measure results without tracking pixels?
We measure at the edges of the patient journey: calls from ads, booking-page visits and form starts on pages that do not involve health information, plus your own count of new patients by source. We avoid placing ad pixels where they could capture health information.
Who pays the ad spend?
Your practice pays Google and Meta directly from its own ad accounts. Our retainer covers strategy, setup and management, kept separate from your media budget.
What budget do we need?
It depends on your market, services and goals. We recommend a starting budget in your quote and explain what it can realistically do, including when ads are not the right next step.
