A practice brand that looks as trustworthy as your care
A clear, credible identity for a new or growing practice: logo, colors, typography and the everyday templates your team actually uses, from forms to signs to social posts.
Why brand matters for a medical practice
Patients judge a practice before they meet anyone in it. A dated logo, mismatched colors across the website and forms, or a sign that is hard to read from the street all suggest disorganization, even when the care is excellent. A clear, consistent identity does the opposite: it signals that the details are handled.
For a new practice, brand is part of opening day. For an established one, it is often the missing piece that makes a new website or a new location feel finished.

Designed for healthcare
Healthcare brands have to feel calm and trustworthy without looking clinical or generic. We avoid the clichés of the category, such as stock crosses, caduceus symbols that signal the wrong thing, and red that reads as an emergency, and we design for accessibility from the start. Your logo is tested at the smallest size it will ever appear, because a favicon and an insurance card matter as much as a sign.
Trademark note
We check for obvious conflicts while designing, but that isn't legal clearance. If you plan to register your name or logo, talk to a trademark attorney and review the USPTO trademark basics.
Who it's for
- New practices preparing to open
- Practices with a logo that doesn't scale to digital or signs
- Practices merging, adding locations or changing their name
- Practices launching a new website that deserves a matching identity
What we need from you
Good brand work starts with good input. Before the first concepts, we ask for:
- Your practice name, any tagline and how you want people to say it
- Two or three practices or brands you admire, and two you don't, with reasons
- Where the brand will appear first: sign, website, forms, scrubs, vehicles
- Any colors, symbols or words that matter to you, or that you want to avoid
- One decision-maker for approvals, so feedback stays clear
We keep the process short: a kickoff call, one round of directions, two rounds of refinement and a handover.
Pricing
Brand identity is quoted as a fixed project with a dated timeline. Ongoing design support for new templates and materials can be added to a digital services retainer.
Logo & brand identity questions
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email hello@claimcoders.com.
What is included in a brand identity?
A primary logo and variations, a color palette with accessible contrast, typography, a short brand guide and templates for the items your practice uses every day, such as letterhead, forms, business cards, signage and social posts.
How many logo concepts will we see?
We present a small number of distinct directions, each with a clear rationale, then refine the one you choose. Fewer, better concepts lead to better decisions than a wall of options.
Do we own the logo?
Yes. On final payment, you receive all files and the rights to use and modify your logo and brand assets.
Can you check that our name and logo are available?
We do a basic search for obvious conflicts during design, but that is not legal clearance. For trademark registration and clearance, work with a trademark attorney.
Can you rebrand an existing practice?
Yes. We plan rebrands in stages so signs, forms, the website and listings switch over in a sensible order and patients aren't confused.
Look like the practice you already are.
Tell us about your practice, your patients and where your brand will appear. We reply within one business day.
